1. Work together with Ads agency to develop annual brand communication strategic plan with solid consumer research proof.
2. Drive the impact & persuasion of yearly communication TVC. It should be both high PI & AI during Link test.
3. Adapt brand communication effectively to 360 degree including TVC, Print, Digital, PR, instore & other direct to consumer channels.
4. Lead consumer related market research plan & in depth analysis. Work with marketing service team to ensure excellent execution from brief, discussion guide/questionnaire, and final report. Provide key learning/implication summary within two weeks after fieldwork/final report.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups include external customers and consumers, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Affairs, Marketing and Executive Management and external advertising agencies and vendors.
